That's how you make a brand one of your favorites. When you discover a brand you love, click the heart to add it to your list of favorites. You can also browse Brands We Love to find more brands to choose from. We'll send you an email when one of your favorites has an event coming up.

Why is my order still "processing"?
We search far and wide to find great deals! Getting the goods we find into your hands requires a few steps. When you order, the brand ships your item to us first, so we can inspect the quality. We also gather all your items into one package to keep the shipping cost low. That's one way we're able to offer such great deals!

A product I want is sold out. Can I still get it?

When you see something you love that's not available, click the "notify me" link and we'll send you a message if that item returns. Occasionally we're able to secure more inventory during an event. When that happens, we'll post a note on our homepage in addition to sending you an email.

Can I search for the item I want?

Yes! We have a search box on our site. Search terms like "pink tee" or "boys' pants" and we will show you all those items currently available on the site. You can also search for brand names.

I can't find a product I saw last week. Where'd it go?

Our events usually last 72 hours. We offer different products every day. If you know what brand the product came from, choose that brand as a favorite. Then, we'll let you know when another event comes up. Or search the brand to see if there is any remaining stock from a past event.

Where can I find the product featured in your ad?

Our ads feature brands that we love. Ads for these popular products often run for more days than our events do, so often products featured in ads are out of stock. Try searching by the item type—you're likely to find something similar! You can also contact us to find out what brand is featured in the ad you like, then set that as one of your favorites to be notified of future events from the brand.

What size should I order?

Because we sell products from many different brands, sizing varies. You can click the link to the size chart on the product and event pages. We display vendor sizing whenever possible. If the vendor does not supply a chart, we use our own measurements.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, in WA, NV and OH. We're required to charge sales tax in any state where we have a physical presence.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our process is a little different from how most online stores work. We make bulk orders when each of our events ends—that's one of the ways we're able to offer such great deals. The items travel to our fulfillment centers and then we ship them to you. Take a look at the product description pages for specific details about the items you like. The shipping time frame depends on what items you order and to which countries you are having them shipped. Once your order is placed, you can always check your order's status under My Orders.

    How do I know if I've been charged for my order?

    Credit and debit
    As soon as an order is placed, we authorize the card for the full order value to confirm that funds are available. The authorization doesn't charge your card. If you have questions about the authorization, please contact the financial institution that issued your card.

    Most often, your card won't be charged until your order ships. If it ships in multiple packages, we'll charge each one as it ships, including the shipping fee with the first package and applicable tax item by item.

    In some cases, your card is charged immediately after the funds are authorized. This happens when your order contains a gift card purchase, a voucher, or is being shipped directly from the product's vendor instead of zulily's warehouse. If any part of your order is not fulfilled, you will receive a refund.

    Paypal
    Funds are captured from your PayPal account as soon as you place an order. Your entire order, including any applicable tax and shipping fees, is charged at that time. If we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, you will be refunded directly to your PayPal account.

    I placed an order. Can I change the shipping address?

    Yes! Please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your items have not shipped, we are happy to change your shipping address. Shipping addresses for international orders cannot be changed.

    I placed an order. Can I add an item?

    The quickest solution is to place a new order for the additional item. All-Day Shopping, One-Time Shipping means you only pay a shipping fee on the first order of the day (not including applicable surcharges or vendor charges on large or bulky items). This offer applies to orders being shipped to the same address.

    I placed an order. Can I cancel it?
    If you change your mind about an item or an order, please contact us. As long as your items have not shipped, we are able to cancel items or orders. Personalized items and certain products shipped directly from our vendors are subject to special approval.

    Does zulily ship internationally?

    Yes! zulily orders can be delivered to the United States, Canada and over 100 other countries. To see which countries we ship to, visit our international page. For international shoppers, we partner with FiftyOne, a global logistics company, and use their trusted carriers, including DHL Global Mail for standard mailing and DHL Express for expedited shipping.     When will my international order arrive?

    You will be quoted an estimated delivery time the during checkout process based on your destination country and items in your shopping basket. Your order will ship within 10-20 business days of the order date. Delivery time will vary depending on your selected shipping method. Please allow 4-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for expedited shipping.

    How are international orders billed?

    zulily offers international ordering through our global shipping partner, FiftyOne. When you place an international order, you acknowledge that FiftyOne will process your payment and shipment. Any customer service needs will be handled directly by zulily.

    What payment methods can I use?

    For international orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express for select countries, and zulily store credits. PayPal coming soon! If you use a credit card, your order will show up as a transaction from 51*ZULILY INC. Store credits are applicable to order subtotals only and can't apply to other charges, including shipping and valued added taxes (VAT). Additionally, when using store credit, a minimum of $5 must be paid for with a method other than store credit. zulily gift cards are currently not redeemable as a method of payment for international orders.

    What currency will be displayed?

    When a shipping destination other than the US is selected, we show international shoppers’ prices in that country's currency by default. If you prefer to see a different currency, you can select from available options on our international shipping page. Your final guaranteed total including duties, taxes and shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

    How are exchange rates calculated?

    International currency exchange rates are determined daily by FiftyOne based on interbank rates of exchange. Your order is guaranteed at the exchange rate set at the time of order placement.

    How do international duties and taxes work?

    Applicable duties, tariffs or value added tax (VAT) fees vary by international destination. They will be determined by FiftyOne and included in your order total during checkout.

    Is every item eligible for international shipping?

    Unfortunately, some items are restricted for import into destination countries including hazardous materials, aerosols, liquids and other restricted items. Gift cards, oversized items and personalized goods are also not eligible for international shipping.

    If you're shopping an international version of our site, the items you see should be available where you are. Occasionally, FiftyOne may restrict additional items that cannot be shipped internationally. In such cases, you will be notified during the checkout process before your order is placed.

    Can I return or exchange my international order?

    We usually cannot accept international returns or exchanges. However, if your order is incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective, or if you are disappointed with your order, please contact our Customer Service. We’ll work to resolve the problem. Back to top

    How do I earn store credit?
    For every new member you refer, you earn store credit when their first order ships. Visit the Invite Friends page to see all the ways to invite someone:

    What does store credit count toward?

    Store credit can be applied to your order total. Store credit cannot be used to purchase zulily gift cards.

    How do I redeem my store credit?

    If you have store credit, it will be automatically applied if you're using a credit card. Store credit can be applied using PayPal too. Unfortunately, due to PayPal systems, store credit cannot be applied when using the Checkout with PayPal function. Instead, click the red "proceed to checkout" button in the shopping basket. Then, select PayPal in the Payment Info step at checkout. You can always see your credit balance by visiting the Store Credit page.

    Does my store credit expire?

    After some time, yes. From the day your complimentary credit shows up in your account, you have eighteen months to use it. We'll send you an email reminder when time is running out! If you have received store credit as a refund, it will not expire.

    How do zulily gift cards work?

    Our gift cards are virtual. Gift cards never expire, and the lucky recipient can apply a gift card to their order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

    When will my friend get their gift card?

    An email containing the virtual gift card will be sent to the recipient within 24 hours of your purchase.

    How can I buy a zulily gift card?

    Visit this page, fill out the information and add the gift card to your basket. You can choose any amount (up to $250) and pay with a credit card, debit card or PayPal account. zulily credits and gift cards cannot be used for purchasing gift cards.

    COUPONS

    What about coupons?

    zulily partners with other websites to offer special promotions. Sometimes we provide special discount codes to our favorite mommy bloggers to share with their readers. Many of these codes are available on online coupon code sharing sites. These coupons are usually for a limited time and have a limited number of uses. A common restriction is that only one coupon may be used per customer, and coupons often do not apply to larger items, such as furniture or specially priced items.

    Also, please note that zulily is not responsible for fraudulent codes, and that customer service does not have access to a list of active codes. A quick hunt via your favorite search engine may yield even more savings on your zulily order, so good luck! Back to top

    How do I redeem my coupon?

    Enter your coupon code in the shopping basket before proceeding to checkout. If you are having problems applying a code, you can always check with Customer Service before placing your order to make sure it applies and to avoid any disappointment.

    What's a voucher?

    "Vouchers" are great deals that you redeem at other websites. Vouchers are purchased just like anything else on zulily. When you order one, you'll receive a code in your email—that's how you redeem the voucher. You can also send them as gifts!

    SHIPPING & RETURNS

    What's All-Day Shopping, One-Time Shipping?

    When you see something you love, buy it before it sells out. Then, you can keep shopping for more finds without paying another standard shipping fee. That's All-Day Shopping, One-Time Shipping! All-Day Shopping, One-Time Shipping details: If your order qualifies, the shipping charge during checkout will appear as $0.00. One order with paid shipping must be completed to activate free standard shipping on all subsequent orders. All orders must be made using the same zulily account, and must be shipped to the same name and address within the continental US. Subsequent orders must be completed on the same calendar day between 12am pt and 11:59pm pt. The customer is responsible for base shipping charges plus surcharges and vendor charges on orders with items that are heavy or bulky (i.e., strollers, furniture, rugs, etc.).

    What delivery methods does zulily use?

    Most zulily orders are sent via FedEx or UPS. We use their Smart Post, SurePost and Mail Innovations programs. These programs allow us to rely on carrier networks for shipping and on your local U.S. Postal Service carrier for final delivery. For very large items that require special handling, we sometimes partner with HomeDirectUSA. International orders are shipped by our partner FiftyOne, an international fulfillment center, and delivered by their trusted carriers, including DHL.

    Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes—place these orders like any other! If you're shipping to a PO Box, we may contact you for more information. Note that items that are heavy or bulky (i.e., strollers, furniture, rugs, etc.) and items that ship directly from the vendor may not be deliverable to these addresses.

    Usually, yes, your entire order will ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from different locations. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order.

    If you're disappointed with your order, please contact our Customer Service team. We are never able to accept returns on intimate apparel, shapewear, swimsuits or rashguards, or any personalized items. Unfortunately we are also unable to facilitate exchanges.

    When you visit the Invite Friends page, you'll have options:

  • Enter email addresses and send an email invitation
  • Invite your friends by clicking the “Invite” button on the Facebook tab
  • Copy and paste your personal link anywhere for your friends to click, or automatically share it to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, or email by clicking on the icons on the “Link” tab.
  • Whichever option you chose, you'll earn a shopping credit for referring a new member, as soon as their first purchase ships.
