In-Home Delivery is an extra level of care added to your package, ensuring that furniture and fragile or expensive items are delivered to you safely. Our in-home delivery partner Home Direct will interact with our vendors, pick the item up from them and deliver it to you. When Home Direct is in your area, they will contact you to set up a delivery appointment.
Why do you need my contact information?
Because an appointment and a signature upon delivery are required, we ask for your email address and phone number at the time of purchase.
How and when will Home Direct contact me?
Home Direct will call or email the number/email address provided at checkout when the item has arrived in your area. They will schedule a delivery appointment at a convenient time for you.

Is In-Home Delivery a curbside service or can they carry items into my home?
In-Home Delivery ensures your item is delivered all the way into your home. If you live in a unit with multiple floors, Home Direct will still take the item past your front door. In-Home Delivery does not provide additional services such as assembly, removal of packaging, or delivering the item into specific rooms.
Is there an extra charge?
Any extra costs due to size or weight are factored into the shipping price you pay at checkout whenever possible; rarely, there is an additional shipping surcharge for unusually large or heavy items.
How long does In-Home Delivery take?
Because a little extra care and coordination goes into shipping an In-Home Delivery item, the shipping time is approximately 2-3 weeks and can take longer for rural areas.
Can I return an In-Home Delivery item?
