How are international orders handled?
zulily offers international ordering through our global shipping partner, FiftyOne. When you place an international order, you acknowledge that your payment and shipment will be processed by FiftyOne. Any customer service needs will be handled directly by zulily.

How do I shop internationally?
At the top of our site, there's a link to change your country. Our system might also ask you if you'd like to shop our US site or our international site. Simply make your selection and you're ready to go. Shop zulily as you normally would, and when you proceed to the checkout, your order will be completed in conjunction with FiftyOne. FiftyOne will calculate and display your guaranteed order total, which will include all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.

What currency will be displayed?
We show international shoppers prices for each item in their local currency. Your final total including customs tariffs, taxes and shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout processes.

How are exchange rates calculated?
International currency exchange rates are determined daily by FiftyOne based on interbank rates of exchange. Your order is guaranteed at the exchange rate set at the time of order placement.

How do international duties and taxes work?
Applicable duties, tariffs or value added tax (VAT) fees vary by international destination. They will be determined by FiftyOne and included in your order total during checkout.

Can you ship every item you sell internationally?
Unfortunately, some items are restricted for import into some countries. If you're shopping an international version of our site, the items you see should be available where you are.

What payment methods can I use?
For international orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard and zulily store credits. If you use a credit card, your order will show up as a transaction from 51*ZULILY INC. zulily gift cards are currently not redeemable as a method of payment for international orders.

When you order internationally from zulily, zulily ships your items to FiftyOne's global hub. From there, your package is shipped to you via reliable carriers including DHL Express, the leader in international express shipping.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because the great deals you find at zulily are limited-time offers, we cannot usually accept returns or exchanges. We are never able to accept returns on intimate apparel, shapewear, swimsuits or rash guards. For items that are eligible for return, zulily must receive the item unused and in its original packaging. Your refund for eligible returns will be credited toward your zulily account as store credit or to the credit card that you used for your zulily purchase, based on the reason for return. If you have an eligible return, please email us at international@zulily.com. We'll reply with detailed instructions.

Am I eligible for promotions?
Yes! While not all zulily promotions are available internationally, international customers are welcome to earn referral credits. These credits will be given in your country's currency as converted from the applicable amount in USD.

How do I redeem my store credit?
Your zulily store credit may be applied during the Payment Information step of the checkout process. A checkbox labeled "Use Store Credit" must be selected to redeem your available store credit balance. Click here to see what to look for.

Prior to shopping, you may also view your store credit balance by visiting My Account and selecting Store Credit from the left navigation column.

What is zulily's return policy?
Thanks for asking. Because the great deals you find at zulily are limited-time offers, we cannot usually accept returns or exchanges. We are never able to accept returns on intimate apparel, shapewear, swimsuits or rashguards. For items that are eligible for return, zulily must receive the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of when the item was delivered to you. Your refund for eligible returns will be credited toward your zulily account as store credit or to the credit card that you used for your zulily purchase, based on the reason for return.

What shipping method does zulily use?
We work with several partners to ship and deliver your orders. We most often use the UPS SurePost and Mail Innovations programs. Both of these programs allow us to rely on the extensive UPS network for shipping and on your local U.S. Postal Service carrier for final delivery. Some items are shipped and delivered via FedEx. International orders are shipped by our partner FiftyOne and delivered by their trusted carriers, including DHL Express.

Can zulily ship internationally?
zulily can ship packages to street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Note that packages containing liquids cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous United States. If you're shipping to an APO/FPO address, please call our service team at 877-779-5615 to complete your order. If you're shipping to a PO Box, we may contact you for more information.

Are there ever any additional shipping fees?
Sometimes, yes. Large items, such as furniture, may carry additional shipping charges. Purchases shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may also incur an additional charge. Please check your shopping basket to review shipping fees.

Usually, yes, your entire order will ship in one package. However, your order might include items that originate from different locations. When that’s the case, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order.

Thanks! We're delighted that you invited a friend to experience the great savings at zulily. After your friend has joined zulily, made a purchase with the order marked "complete" (that's the step after "processing") and the order has shipped, your $15 USD credit will post to your account.

I invited my friend, my friend made a purchase and it has shipped. Where is the $15 USD invitation credit on my account?
Don't worry! We can sort that out. Please know that the email address you used to invite your friend to zulily must be the same email address that your friend used to sign up. Also, your friend must sign up through the link in the email invitation you sent them, or else we won't know to give you credit. Friends can only accept one invitation to zulily, so if your friend has already accepted an invite from someone else, you will not be credited with the referral. Please check with your friend to find out what email address your friend used to sign up—if it's different from the email address you used to invite that friend, please contact us with your name, your friend’s name, and the email address your friend used to sign up.

Has my account been charged for the order I placed?
Orders placed using a credit or debit card are authorized for the amount due at the order submission. These funds will be captured upon our shipment of product. If we are unable to ship any of your items, you will see two transactions: 1) a charge for the total amount and 2) the refunded portion for canceled items.

Orders placed using PayPal will be captured upon completion of the checkout process. If we are unable to ship any of your items, you will be refunded for the canceled items directly to your PayPal account.
