In 2008, Squatchi co-founder Amy Carabajal tried to avoid the dreaded shoe store trip with small kids. After chatting with other parents, she realized the need for a home sizing solution. In 2011, Amy and friend Debra Rosenbloum began brainstorming. In nine months, the foot growth chart and shoe sizer for kids concept transitioned from a dream to reality, and Squatchi was born!
