Sunglasses sizing for boys
Sunglasses for kids are the smallest size of glasses and may be referred to as “baby,” “junior” or “extra small” sizes. Our boys’ sunglasses typically fit a range of sizes between the ages of 6 months to 12 years, depending on the size of his head. Sunglasses and eyewear sizes are determined by the width of the bridge, arm length (of the sunglasses), and lens width, (usually shown in millimeters, but could be in inches).
When you’re buying sunglasses for kids online, we recommend that you measure first. The easiest way to find these measurements is to look on the arm of your child's current pair of glasses, which should have the measurements printed on it.
Sunglasses for children range from 50-55 mm lens width; 10-19 mm for bridge distance; and up to 100-135 for arm length.
