If I could give less
"If I could give less star than one I would. First I was told shipping would take 4-7 days it took a month. Not only that but my order was marked as delivered when I still haven't got it. I would never buy nor do I recommend Zulily. Very dissapointing. An investigation is now going on so they can decide what to do. Worst purchase ever."

Just don’t
"Ring looks very nice. That’s about it. Sleep tracker is spotty and varies wildly night to night. Exercise tracker is unreliable. Step tracker is ridiculously overstated. I only paid $25, so I didn’t even try and put the effort into a return and just through it away. Stay away and save your money."

"This has been a very disappointing ordeal. The order was never received. I went into the system to report the order as not being received and Zulily wanted to charge me to return an order that was never received. A month after I made the initial order I received confirmation from Zulily that the item was delivered. . . it never was so I lost my money and the item."

"NEVER RECEIVED EVEN THO I WAS TOLD IT WAS DELIVERED ON JULY 13. I ALSO RECEIVED A TEXT IT ARRIVED IN NEW JERSEY ON THAT DAY. WE ALL KNOW THE MAIL SYSTEM ISNT THAT FAST. THEY WANT ME TO FILE AN AFFADAVIT THAT I DIDNT RECEIVE IT. IM NOT PUTTING MY SIGNATURE ANYWHERE ASSOCIATED WITH ZULILY. I FEEL THIS IS A SCAM. BE VERY AWARE. I WASNT TOLD IT WAS COMING FROM JAPAN!!! AND MIGHT TAKE AWILE. I WAITED 36 DAYS!!! THIS DOESNT EVEN GET ONE STAR IN MY OPINION."

I was a bit skeptical
"I was a bit skeptical about using a device of this type, but I think it works very well and is spot on with the statistics. The size was a bit larger than expected, and I wish I had downsized one size. If others feel it's true to size, I may have miscalculated my measurement."

Bad App
"Unfortunately could not download app, checked technical help “but it was in Chinese”, no help. Email Zulily support, they could not help, advised to send ring back, received mailing label sent back on 6/25/26 as of today 7/15/26 no information or refund."

Ok for the money
"This ring, although it gives some input in regards to one’s health it also gives inaccuracies. It will say that my husband is getting up at 3 AM when he has just went to the bathroom and went back to bed. It also shares that he has not watched enough win. He has walked over a mile and a half. I still write this OK for money because we were able to get it at a reasonable price and it does give us more health information than provided previously."

It took over a month
"It took over a month to arrive. The ring clearly doesn’t work. It says I’m getting 15 minutes of sleep a night. So clearly the sleep tracking doesn’t work. It also says my O2 is 43% so that doesn’t work either. The battery dies in about a day and a half and I think I’ve learned my lesson, you get what you pay for. Terrible experience"

"I never received this. I ordered , waited for weeks , told it had been shipped and waiting for more info when available. Finally told it was delivered . Where it was delivered and by what service I do not know. Will never purchase anything from zulily again, still trying to have the cost returned. Absolutely do not buy from this company."

"I’ve still yet to receive it. When I reached out to you with concerns, I was sent a link that shows it’s waiting to be sent. That was a month ago. Your company continues to use that link when I reach out, it’s a joke. Actually, it was a scam, I was scammed and I’ll never buy anything from you again."
