Home (Threshold) Delivery is an extra level of care added to your package, ensuring that furniture and fragile or expensive items are delivered to you safely. Our Home (Threshold) Delivery partner will interact with our vendors, pick up the item from them and deliver it to you. When our delivery partner is in your area, they will contact you to set up a delivery appointment.
Why do you need my contact information?
Because an appointment and a signature upon delivery are required, we ask for your email address and phone number at the time of purchase.
How and when will Zulily's delivery partner contact me?
Our delivery partner will call or email the number/email address provided at checkout when the item has arrived in your area. They will schedule a delivery appointment at a convenient time for you. Appointments are available Monday through Friday; delivery windows may vary depending on your location.
What if this item is a gift?
If the item is a gift, please enter the email address and phone number of the recipient at the time of purchase.
Why is home delivery necessary?
Certain vendors require home delivery to ensure that their large, fragile or high-value items are delivered safely. Partnering with a delivery company to provide this service allows us to feature new, exciting vendors we have not had on Zulily before.
Is home delivery a curbside service or can they carry items into my home?
Home delivery provides curbside/threshold service only. The driver will not enter your home but, rather, will deliver the package to your door or to the ground-level building entrance nearest to your home. Home delivery does not provide additional services such as assembly or removal of packaging.
Is there an extra charge?
Any extra costs due to size or weight are factored into the shipping price you pay at checkout whenever possible; rarely, there is an additional shipping surcharge for unusually large or heavy items.
How long does home delivery take?
Because a little extra care and coordination goes into shipping a home delivery item, the shipping time is approximately 2-3 weeks and can take longer for rural areas.
Can I return a home delivery item?
All home delivery items are strictly final sale. Home delivery events on Zulily typically run longer than usual, giving you additional time to research and decide. Please contact Customer Service before purchase if you have any questions about the products.
