The ring is made of a yellow gold plated over sterling silver metal, and features a central pearl and small white topaz.   The pearl is a lustrous, off-white color and is positioned in the center of the ring. Two small, round, bright white topaz are set on either side of the pearl, just above and below the pearl, affixed to the gold plated band.  The band itself has a slightly curved, or twisted, design, giving a three-dimensional look to the piece. The gold looks fairly smooth and shiny on the surface of the band.
