Holiday update: Any eligible item purchased between 11/8/2021 and 12/20/2021 can be returned by 1/31/22 for store credit, minus applicable shipping & handling fees. Exclusions may apply.

Whether or not an item is eligible for return will be shown on each item’s product details page after the product description. In most cases, items eligible for return can be returned for store credit. If eligible items were purchased with the Zulily credit card or QCard, we’ll issue a refund, minus the applicable shipping & handling fee, to your Zulily credit card account or QCard account. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase that is return-eligible, you have 30 days to submit a return request through the MY ORDERS page of your account. Once you’ve submitted your return, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label — use it to send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

The returned items must be unused, unaltered and in the original packaging with tags attached. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed. Once we receive your return, we’ll asses its condition. If you purchased the items using the Zulily credit card or QCard, we’ll issue a refund minus the applicable shipping & handling fees, to your Zulily credit card or QCard account. For items that were purchased using other methods of payment, you’ll get a refund in the form of store credit to your Zulily.com account, minus the applicable shipping & handling fees. If you paid with Smart-pay, we’ll cancel any Smart-pays that have not yet been charged. The shipping & handling fee includes labor and material costs, packaging and restocking fees, and it may exceed the actual cost paid by Zulily to its carrier to send the item(s) back to Zulily. Your estimated store credit total or refund total, minus the shipping & handling fees, will be shown before you submit your return online.

Returns are available to US members only for return-eligible products shipped within the US (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses) and returned to Zulily from within the US. If you're located outside the US, returns may be available as required by applicable local law.

Zulily reserves the right to restrict or deny store credit or refunds for abuse of this policy or for returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.

How It Works

  1. Make sure the item is in its original condition. Be sure to include any packaging, warranty cards and accessories.
  2. Visit the MY ORDERS page of your account to submit a return. To get started, click the “return item” button under the return-eligible item’s name.
  3. Select the reason for your return. If you need to return multiple items, please check the box next to each one to make sure it's included in your return request.
  4. For single-item returns, the shipping and handling fee is $4.95. For returns of two to five items, the total shipping and handling fee is $8.95. An additional $8.95 will be deducted if you make a return of six items or more, continuing in increments of five. Note that promotional shipping offers may not be applied to return shipping costs.
  5. Submit your return and print out your pre-paid shipping label. You must use this Zulily-issued label to return your item(s).
  6. Follow the instructions that come with the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package and drop it off at any UPS or US Post Office location.
  7. Store credit or a refund for your return (less shipping & handling fees) will be issued once we have received your item and assessed its condition. Please allow approximately five business days for store credit to post to your Zulily account after the return has been received and processed. If you return items that were purchased using the Zulily credit card or QCard, you’ll be issued a refund to your Zulily credit card account or QCard account instead. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to show on your online statement or two billing cycles for the refund to show on your printed monthly statement.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Items not eligible for return include (but are not limited to): opened items, swimwear, intimate apparel, personalized items, some luxury goods, food, live plants, health & beauty products (including makeup), heavy/bulky items, vouchers and some electronics. To determine a specific product’s return eligibility, check the item’s product details page or the MY ORDERS page. Returning a Gift

Damaged or Incorrect Products
We want you to love your Zulily order. If you ever receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, we want to make things right. Our Customer Service team is available to assist you seven days a week at service@zulily.com or 877-779-5615.

Reimbursed Return Costs With PayPal
If you use PayPal as your payment method, PayPal may reimburse you for return shipping fees charged by Zulily, up to $30 per return on a certain number of purchases made in a calendar year (between January 1 and December 31). You'll need to request reimbursement via PayPal. Limitations apply. See PayPal for program details and terms & conditions.

How Do I Use My Store Credit Refund?
Any store credits on your account are typically applied automatically during checkout, but cannot be used with PayPal express checkout. Please contact Customer Service before placing your order if you are unsure how to use your credit.

What if I used Smart-pay?
If you paid for the original purchase using Smart-pay, billing will continue for Smart-pay installments until the returned item is received. The amount you have paid to date (minus the original delivery fee and return costs) will be added to your account as store credit once we have received your return and assessed the condition of the item. Please allow five business days for credit to post to your account after the return has been received.
