"I expected soft leather and it felt like hard plastic. The straps were scratched where it appeared they had been used before. The packaging was sloppy and retapped. I think I got someone’s seconds."

"I certainly did not receive the same shoe I ordered. The ones I received are very dark blue, almost black, nothing close to the picture and I haven’t worn them yet."

"I was sent a darker blue (navy) unlike the picture which is the lighter blue I would have preferred so I sent them back."

Love Birkenstock Arizona Sandal

"I am definitely a fan of Birkenstock Sandal's. However, Zulily not so much. The order arrived in a timely manner, but the Color represented in the picture of the item was light "Elemental Blue". The sandals I received were as listed, Arizona, Oiled Leather, Soft footbed, Blue. But, they were Navy Blue not Light Blue as shown in the picture of the add. I felt like it was a bait and switch. I kept the sandals but I probably won't buy from Zulily again."

"The quality of Birkenstock is consistently good. The picture showed light blue leather straps but the pair I received was dark blue leather. This is false advertising."
