"I was looking for this Birkenstock sandal which I have found on your website. I used to shop with you in the past and lost touch due to reorganization of your site. I wear Birkenstock and have many, so I was familiar with the product. Size is my usual, so I have no fitting issues. Color is standard and is uniform throughout the shoe. Thanks for bringing this product back. One issue is the insurance you have for delivery, I guess that is the part of the redesign, why?"
