"The sandal itself is traditional Birkenstock quality. My issue is with Zulily. They sent me something different from what I had ordered (I had ordered the Black sole and it came in white) and the box looked like it had been driven over by a truck. The white souls had weird green/blue stains on them. Totally a frustrating purchase."

Wrong Exchange

"These guys honestly are only getting a 3 star review from me because they were helpful in their customer service. But when I originally ordered my sandals they came 2 weeks later and were the wrong color, they were supposed to exchange them for the correct pair and they ended up sending back the same wrong pair again, and it kinda sucks that I basically had to wait a month to get a refund. BUT, manager Samir was helpful with customer service the entire process."
