"This is the 4th pair of Birkenstock shoes that own. I'm very disappointed that the shoes are too big but more so the leather strap is very thin-about half as thick as other straps. In my mind I questioned whether this is considered a "second" or even a knock off. There were no tags attached and the box had been crushed with the wrapping destroyed and taped together for shipment to me. I contacted Zulily and was told their policy regarding returns. I explained how the shoes arrived but did not receive an answer. I am quite disappointed in Birkenstock and Zulily. Im glad to say I dont need any additional shoes and I certainly do not need to shop at Zulily."
