NOT SOFT FOOTBED

"Everything shows that these Birkenstocks are supposed to be soft footbed. The description, etc even the packing slip stated it was a soft footbed. But upon receiving the shoe, it is not a soft footbed, which is categorized by blue markings on the shoe. You can even see it in the picture of the shoe. The shoe I received did not have the blue markings. I have tried to have a "chat" on a couple of different occasions with Zulily with no response whatsoever to see if I can switch the shoe. But the shoes are so cute, I don't want to return them. It's just that the soft footbeds are more comfortable for me with Birkenstocks"

Item arrived sooner than anticipated

"Item arrived sooner than anticipated and in good condition. Bought the sandals specifically for the soft foot bed feature. A bit softer than my original Arizona's but not life changing. Got this pair for my plantar fasciitis and so far, as with any Birkenstock, you need to break this in. I'm walking around the house wearing socks with this and so far, so good. PT approved so I'm keeping it."

"I’ve had these shoes for just about two months now and it is impossible for me to wear them for longer than 5 minutes. They dig into the top of my foot where the top strap is and actually cut and rub the skin off. These were expensive, and what a waste of money. So unhappy with these shoes!!"
