"This is the SECOND unacceptable pair from Zulily in a row. The first had a defective left shoe. The second was the wrong width. The original order was placed 9/26, didn’t arrive until 10/13, the exchange process wasn’t complete until 11/2. After all the waiting and back and forth, I still have no product and haven’t yet heard back from “customer service” about the most recent mistake. First experience with Zulily and I wish I would have read about them online first because this is possibly the worst purchase experience I’ve ever had."
