"After an initial return due to sizing (my fault), they sent out the replacement without delay. Note: they do not send the replacement until they receive and inspect the returned item. However, both items appear very used, with creasing in the brim of the hat and stickers that were so old the ink was almost unreadable and the MLB hologram was faded. These are obviously older model items, perhaps overstock, that are being sold as new."
