"If I could leave zero stars, I would. Zulily closed down in December of 2023 and I learned this when I tried to contact customer service. The package I received was completely smashed & the shoes were not only the incorrect pair of shoes but they were worn! BUYER BEWARE I am grateful that my bank confirmed under investigation, that this was a fraudulent charge and reversed the money back into my account. Now I'm struggling with shop affirm, who processed the purchase."

"I ordered these in January. I did not receive the correct shoes, but rather the cork version instead. I've been trying to return/exchange ever since, but there is no way to process the return online. The return shows as "approved", but there is no return label or address to send back to. No customer service to reach either."
