"I am appalled at the poor customer service. Shoes didn’t ship and starting 2 weeks after I placed the order I tried contacting Zulily. I received an automated message in return and then complete silence for another 2 weeks. There’s no phone # or live chat. I won’t buy from here again and don’t recommend anyone else does!"
