"I bought a hat and was unable to return it because of the return policy. They would not work with me at all, just kept saying the terms of their policy. I am elderly and handicapped, and treated like I do not matter. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!"
