"These are the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever owned. I have them in another color, and was excited to see this website was selling all black (no tan cork on the side) so was disappointed when they arrived and were not as displayed in my order. Customer service was helpful in explaining they didn’t send the wrong thing—they only carry the version with black straps and tan cork on the side. I chose to keep them since they’re very cute (was looking for all black to wear for work as an orchestral musician required to wear all black sandals in summer). I’m only knocking one star off because I think it’s unfortunate they use a picture that isn’t an accurate representation of what they’re selling."

"Received brand new shoes in a beaten up box. I tried them on and they were too small. I put them back in the same box and scheduled an exchange. When they received the exchange they said the exchange was denied. They denied the exact product they sent me. The shoes were tried on and immediately put back in the box! When in check out to purchase the shoes they charged me 9.75 no hassle free returns ir exchanges! This was not an option it was mandatory. Now almost a month later i have no shoes and no refund of $125+ dollars. i had to contact customer service and they said they would escalate to customer service. Still no answer 24 hours later!"
