This is the 4th pair
"This is the 4th pair of Birkenstock shoes that own. I'm very disappointed that the shoes are too big but more so the leather strap is very thin-about half as thick as other straps. In my mind I questioned whether this is considered a "second" or even a knock off. There were no tags attached and the box had been crushed with the wrapping destroyed and taped together for shipment to me. I contacted Zulily and was told their policy regarding returns. I explained how the shoes arrived but did not receive an answer. I am quite disappointed in Birkenstock and Zulily. Im glad to say I dont need any additional shoes and I certainly do not need to shop at Zulily."

These sandals are very comfortable
"These sandals are very comfortable and look great! I did not give them a 5 as I cannot slip my foot into them without bending over and pulling the top strap up as it collapses on to the sole. I was hoping to be able to just slip them on."
