"Item was exactly as described, but I was not happy that Zulily charged my card when I ordered but did not SHIP the item for over 10 days after receiving my payment. I will order again but I will keep a possible shipping delay in mind when ordering gifts. Though I have ordered several times from Zulily, this was my first less than perfect experience."

Shipping is ridiculously long. It
"Shipping is ridiculously long. It took a month to get my item which they say "ships in 3-5 days. " They need to speed up their shipping and get their workers in gear. It's almost a totally different season for the shoes I bought to wear. Speed up the shipping process to get the product in the hands of the customer much faster- a week is reasonable."

Lucky This Time…
"When I saw the box at my door, I was so excited until I picked it up. The shoe box was shipped in a flimsy plastic bag which had obviously been through the wringer somewhere along the way. The box was well beat up and hardly recognizable as a shoe box. Thankfully, the shoes (which I love!) were not damaged (which I also love!)."
