"Love the color. The right foot toe buckle post, the part that holds the size shoe. . . was broken off upon arrive. There was also a scratch across the footbed. It's sad that I didn't even contact the company to tell you as I'm so disappointed with how my first exchange was handled. My first return taking over 2 months to get 1 of 2 items replaced, the one that could not be replaced was out of stock in my size, I could make another size work but irritated that I'm now having to pay a higher price when it changed. This all comes after I paid $15 to be able to return and after the incorrect product was sent to me. I would not recommend your company based on my experience. From getting incorrect to broken sandals and taking forever to remedy the issue."
