"Have not received the sandals we ordered. First pair ordered sent was the wrong color. The second pair has not arrived yet. I’ve been billed for both pair but neither received. Your customer service folks have been responsive just not successful yet in getting the sandals shipped and in the correct color. I’m not losing hope just yet.
