"I wear a lot of Vionic shoes, among other shoes with builtin arch support. I have these shoes in another color, and they fit perfectly, considering I ordered a size smaller than usual because of many reviews on the Vionic site. I also ordered these a size smaller, and the length is just right. However, they seem a little narrower in the toebox. This may be because my blue ones are suede and have a little more give. These are leather, and I have used stretchers to widen them where my bunions hit. That has helped, but i still need to widen them a bit more. I did wear them without hosiery, so maybe they'd be a little more accommodating with hose. Even with these considerations, they are still a great bargain. I would recommend them but advise going down at least half a size."
