Ordering from Zulily was not
"Ordering from Zulily was not good. My package was misssing for 2 weeks, although officially "delivered". Despite of the fact that I purchased the "package protection" along with my order, Zulilly did absolutely NOTHING to help locate my missing package. I will NEVER do business with Zulily again!"

The jacket is a lot
"The jacket is a lot thinner than I thought it would be and the inside chest is like foil material. It was too big so I would say order your normal size because I ordered up one size because some of my Columbia jackets run smaller, but not this one. The return process has been a hassle. Online did not show that my coat had been delivered so I couldn’t initiate a return/exchange. I had to reach out 3 times before I could get it resolved. You do get one free exchange, but you have to pay shipping back for the original item, which was literally half the price of the coat, so I just kept it. Same cost to return it. This is the 2nd order I have had issues with from Zulily, so will not be ordering from them anymore."

"This is a very thin jacket. Very light weight I ordered an XL which is size I normally get. i cannot even zip this up so they must run on the small size. So I cannot say if it's warm or not but it does have a lining in part of it that is some kind of reflective material"

"I was hoping to be excited. It’s kinda soso quality. It has different type of lining. I love Columbia but not sure I’m going to enjoy the look. Reminds me of spaceship type of material. It has nice sleeves and I’m sure warm"
