"I placed an order for a white pair of Birkenstock sandals and received the wrong color. My order was placed on June 28th and received the item on July 10th. I kept calling and would be on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone, but nobody would pick up. I finally got to speak to someone in customer service on July 15 and was told that I have to initiate a return process online, print a label and find a FedEx location to drop off the package. What appeared to be a great find ended up being very inconvenient. Very disappointed with the whole process."

My Birkoflor sandals have never

"My Birkoflor sandals have never softened like my other Birkies. I suspect it is the material. They feel stiff, uncomfortable. Expecting oiled leather to be less stiff so I don't feel like I have to hurry home and change into comfortable slippers. I wonder if others have had the problem with Birkoflor."
