"Terrible terrible terrible customer service!! I ordered a pair of sandals that had a picture of a different sandal and they would not honor a return or exchange! Absolutely ridiculous I would never recommend Zulily to anyone ever ever ever! A simple mistake could’ve been resolved with the return so I could have the sandals I originally ordered… the description and the picture did not match? So frustrating and unbelievable to not be able to have customer service and a person to handle things. Only an email to tell me I was denied with no evidence which is absolutely ridiculous. I only wanted a return label so I could get the sandals I wanted for spending over $100. I find this absolutely unacceptable."

The sandals are so cute

"The sandals are so cute & when they arrived, I excitedly threw them on for work. Unfortunately, I wore them for only that one day, because they are larger (about a half size) than my other Birkenstock sandals and clogs that are the same size. Sadly, they are too big & I was only able to wear them one time, so I will need to try and sell them to someone that wears a size 8. 5 or 9."
