Great Shoes . . . Bad Service
"I ordered these sandals in my normal size of 9. 5. They came, they are soooo cute, well made, just awesome. Except, they are tiny. They came in size 5. 5 by error, which clearly will not work on a 9. 5 foot. I immediately contacted customer service to see about an exchange, got a few emails back, then nothing. I am still stuck with a pair of sandals that I can do nothing with. And I double checked my confirmation, I did not order the wrong size, so it is clearly a problem on Zulily's end."
