"Order a few items. I have never seen boxes in such bad condition upon arrival? The shoes I kept are fine, the $2 fee per pair of shoes for “free” returns is not logical. I will not do business again. Unless you truly have free returns. Much easier just to buy through Amazon or Birkenstock themselves."

"NEED TO RECEIVE THE ORDER FIRST!!!! I had a notice I was being refunded for some reason (unknown), However, I had to contact you to refund the Package Protection as well!! My refund was shorted!! I would like to have the option to remove the Package Protection but couldn't do that when I placed the order! About 4-5 days ago (after being told I was being refunded) I received an email stating the package was being put together!!! Not sure what the heck is going on!!!"

"I will not order from them again. They have shipped wrong shoe 2 times and now can’t get them for return said temporary not available. How can a company do that. I have called countless times and no answer and no reply to email."

"The fit of the dress was great. But the fabric felt cheap - definitely not a cotton-linen blend. There was also a rip in the seam that I did not notice until I was wearing the dress. The fabric tends to cling to the body instead of being flowy. I would not buy again, and don't recommend buying the dress."
