Q: Can I charge my phone with the case on?

A: The wireless charger charges through a phone case that is no more than 5mm (0.20 inches) thick. However, items such as magnetic/metal attachments, keys, or credit cards can interfere with charging. Charging speed is also reduced when charging with a phone case.

Q: Charging is not as fast as I expected, it's slow?

A: Please try again with another QC2.0/3.0 adapter and another charging cable that supports fast charging. If your phone is a Galaxy phone, please make sure you have enabled the wireless fast charging feature.
